1981 doğumlu kemancı Marina Chiche kemana üç yaşında başladı. 16 yaşında girdiği Paris Konservatuarını birincilikle bitirdi. Birçok ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmada ödülleri olan Chiche Fransa’nın önemli müzik etinkinliklerinden Adami’nin “Révélation Classique 2003” ve “Victoire de la Musique 2004”ün “Révélation de l’année” adayı oldu.

Intrada’dan iki CD kaydı bulunan ve üçüncüsü de Nisan ayında çıkacak olan Chiche, Gamsızoğlu’yla keman-piyano ikilisi olarak konserler vermektedir.

Marina Chiche

Born in Marseille in November 1981, Marina began the violin at three. She studied at the Conservatoire of Marseille with Jean Ter Merguerian then at 16 she entered the Conservatoire National Supérieur of Paris.

She has graduated with first Prize in violin. She polished her skill and technique with Prof. Boris Kuschnir in Vienna, Pierre-Laurent Aimard in Paris and An Chumachenko in Munich. She has followed many master classes with musicians such as Joseph Silverstein, Ida Haendel and György Kurtag.

She is a prize winner in many national and international competitions (Renata Molinari - Gstaad, Ravel Academy - St-Jean-de-Luz, ADAMI Prize „Révélation Classique 2003 and in 2004 she won in the category „Révélation Instrumentale Francaise“.
She has performed in Europe and in Russia as a soloist with orchestra, in recitals and in chamber music. She has been invited in many festivals in France and abroad (Tours, Gubbio, Périgord Noir, Monaco Primtemps des Ars, Cannes MIDEM, Sarasota Music Festival, Rencontres de Bel-Air, Mirabell Schloss, Verbier). As a soloist she has co-operated with renowned orchestras such as Orchestre de Bretagne, Orchestre de Picardie, Ensemble Orchestral de Paris, Orchestre National de Lille, etc. She has played among others with J.Silverstein, G. Caussé, R. and G. Capuçon, M. Coppey, Vladimir Mendelssohn, M-J. Jude, Manfred Quartet, S. Kovacevich.

For Intrada label Marina Chiche has recorded a CD with the pianist Vahan Mardirossian.
